Watertight Legal Protection. Buying a pre-construction condo is more complicated than it seems. Legal technicalities and loopholes could cost you thousands if they’re not spotted and acted upon. That’s why, straight after signing your pre-construction contract with the developer, we send it to one of our real estate lawyers.

In Ontario, you have a ten-day ‘cool-off period’ to review a contract. This gives our lawyers the necessary time to check every detail to ensure your contract is safe and legally watertight.

Pre-construction contracts are much more complicated than regular agreements of purchase and sale. So they must be reviewed, and sometimes amended, by our experts. They will check every detail of your contract to ensure you’re legally protected, and may recommend changes that would make the deal more favorable to you.

We offer this service free of charge to all our clients. We use reputable lawyers who specialize in pre-construction condo contracts and have partnered with us for more than a decade.

How it works

We save you $10,000 - $20,000 (or more) per contract, compared to regular condo buyers.

Before the sale starts we negotiate with the developer on your behalf to ensure you are offered a favorable contract. All relevant sale contracts and documentation are then sent to our legal partners, who will review and make sure you are safe and protected. They may suggest certain amendments that save you money. If so, we renegotiate with the developer, who will invariably agree to our suggestions as we put so much business their way.

At the end of the process, you are left with a deal that’s both legally watertight and saves you a lot of money.
