How it works

Because of our good connections with developers, and our extensive experience with pre-construction condo contracts we save our clients $10,000-$20,000 (or more) per contract by making sure necessary amendments attached. This is something that regular condo buyers aren't even aware of.

How it works. Before the sale started we negotiate with the developer what should be in the contract. After signing the purchase agreement with the developer we take all the contracts from a specific project and send them to law firm for their review. Lawyers take care of all our clients who purchased units in this particular project to make sure contract is correct and safe for the client. In this case it is much easy to negotiate with the developer any necessary changes, if needed, because the developers understands that we are talking about a large number of deals.
